"I hired Robert because I’ve seen his work before on other project and had full confidence that he would perform an outstanding job. Robert was quick and detail orientated just as a professional should be. Having an engineering background, Robert immediately understood the cause of the problem and how to address it. He pressure washed the deck surface with a surface cleaner to expose all visible cracks/fractures on the balcony deck. The major deck cracks were opened, cleaned and sealed to prevent water infiltration into the deck framing. Next, Robert professionally resurfaced the deck concrete in multiple areas and matched the existing texture. Robert finished the job by painting the balcony deck.
